Acupuncture Initial

Comprehensive consultation and personalised acupuncture treatment for new patients.
Book this session if it’s your first time seeing me. Each appointment begins with a detailed consultation to learn what you’d like to focus on and gain a clear understanding of your overall health. This ensures treatment addresses both your symptoms and the root causes behind them. Your acupuncture treatment will be tailored to your needs and may also include supportive therapies such as cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture or moxibustion. Lifestyle and dietary guidance may be offered throughout the session to support your health between visits. Chinese herbal medicine may also be suggested in some cases and if suitable will be discussed and supplied at an additional cost.

Acupuncture Return
Duration: Appointment (60 minutes)
Treatment Fee: $105
Continued care tailored to your progress and evolving health needs.
For returning patients, this session includes a follow up consultation where we review your progress, any changes to your symptoms and refine your treatment plan as needed. Your acupuncture treatment will be tailored to your needs and may also include supportive therapies such as cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture or moxibustion. Lifestyle and dietary guidance may be offered throughout the session to support your health between visits. Patent Chinese herbal medicine may also be suggested in some cases and if suitable will be discussed and supplied at an additional cost.

Sports Cupping Therapy + Acupuncture Initial
Duration: Appointment (75 minutes)
Treatment Fee: $145
Targeted treatment to release muscle tension and support circulation.
A treatment designed for active bodies combining acupuncture and flame cupping to support recovery, manage muscle tension and support overall training and recovery. Treatments may also incorporate other traditional Chinese medicine techniques where clinically appropriate.
Sports Cupping Therapy + Acupuncture Return
Duration: Appointment (60 minutes)
Treatment Fee: $105
Focused follow up treatment for ongoing muscular tension and recovery.
For returning patients, this session includes a follow up consultation to review your progress and address your current areas of tension or discomfort and may also incorporate other traditional Chinese medicine techniques where clinically appropriate.
